Become a partner with a simple phone call or email to our Partnership Director. We’ll get to know you through conference calls and in-person meetings. Our experienced faculty and staff will discuss with you the strategic challenges and opportunities you face, the employees you want to focus on, and the capabilities and competencies you want to grow.

Based on our in-depth needs assessment conversations, we will work with you to develop education programs that meet your specific needs. The steps we will take together include:

• Meeting to identify goals for workforce development
• Surveying your employees for interest in educational opportunities
• Identifying learning objectives
• Developing the program design and material
• Meeting with employees to facilitate a smooth registration process
• Delivering the program through the agreed upon format and location
• Soliciting feedback and conducting evaluations for continuous improvement
