University of New England Partnership

ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ and the University of New England have entered into a new strategic healthcare education partnership that brings enhanced options to both universities. Well-qualified ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ students now have the opportunity for a guaranteed interview in UNE’s medical and dental schools. Students in ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½’s health and science programs will have access to pursue UNE’s Physician Assistant program due to a new articulation agreement between ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ and UNE aimed at increasing the number of primary care providers in Maine. Further, while ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ no longer offers the PharmD program, ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ and UNE will also collaborate on their pre-pharmacy programs and will provide direct entry to qualified ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ and UNE undergraduates into the UNE School of Pharmacy.
